U14 - Hurling & Football

Who we are

We are the Raheny Under-14 Boys Football and Hurling Team. To be eligible to play for this team, you must have been born no earlier than 1st January 2002.

Competitions: We currently have 2 Football teams playing in Divisions 3 and 9 of the Dublin Under-13 league, and one Hurling team in Division 2.  We have a pretty busy schedule of competitive football and hurling games, usually 1 match most Saturday afternoons during the playing season (February to November), generally alternating between football and hurling.  See the Competition section below for mor detail.

Training: At the moment, we train twice a week - Tuesday and Thursday - see the Training section below for times & locations.

We're always looking for new players!  Please get in touch if your son is interested in playing either football or hurling or both.  You can contact any of the squad's mentors using the contact details at the end of this page.

Team Calendar

These pages on the Dublin GAA site are fantastic.  You can see current league standings, results in the league so far, and upcoming fixtures.

We use the Teamer app and website to send out match notifications, and collect man-of-the-match nominations.

At the moment, we are training on Tuesday evening (St Anne's Park, Pitch 1, approx 6:00 to 7:30pm) and Thursday evening (either Pitch 1 at approx 6:00 to 7:30 pm, or on the club astro pitch from 8:00 to 9:00pm).  From the end of September, as the light fades, we are most likely going to be moving our first session from Tuesday to either Monday evening or Wednesday evening - we will clarify this asap..
