Our first game after the summer break saw an excellent turnout as we headed to play St Sylvesters in Malahide.

There were some summer cobwebs still lurking around as we were unsuccessful in our three matches.

The green team had the closest match and were just pipped with a strong finish by Sylvesters, There were very good performances from Sean Reilly and Conor Ahearn.

With the orange team, Jason Maguire and Jack Bosonnet battled throughout the whole game.

The white team were dominated in the 1st half by Sylvesters who had a big half-time lead. However Raheny did much better in 2nd half and played more like a team Ross Leahy and Robert Moran did well driving the ball forward from the middle. Morgan Spillane had a busy morning in goal and  Cathal Quinn and Damien Mahon helped in a battling 2nd half.

Thanks to Fionnán Ryan for match report.
