CLUB NOTES by DAITHI BRUGHA.

AFL9 play in the SHERIDAN CUP FINAL v St Annes in Balgriffin this Thursday at 7:30pm, member are asked to come out and support the lads.

An incredible comeback from Dublin Minor Ladies Footballers in the All Ireland semi-final v Galway. The introduction of our own Siobhan Killeen[2 goals], ably assisted by Siobhan Woods[3pts] turned a second half 10pt deficit into an amazing 6pt victory. Well done to everybody involved.
An extra-time c/ship win in last 16 of Junior A mid-week for AFL5 Jun A f/blrs v Round Towers(C) away, was followed by a mighty 1-15 to 1-10 AFL5 league win over Craobh Chiarain. Unfortunely during the league game, Niall [The Cat] Russell lost his clean sheet record and , through no fault of his own, one of his nine lives.
AFL9/11 Jun.C f/blrs won c/ship game v Stars of Erin. AFL2 lost by 2pts away v Cuala and AFL9 won v Round Towers.
Minor Div 1 footballers produced the goods v Castleknock and won 3-13 to 1-09. We wish the best of luck to Paddy, CJ, Joe, Ruthers, Gavin and the Dublin Minor f/blrs in the All Ireland Q/F V Cork on Monday 1st August. http://rahenygaa.ie/news/default.asp?NID=2614&NCID=15 The remaining 2 MFL Div.1 games v St.Sylvesters and Kilmacud Crokes have been postponed until after the summer.  Minor Div 3 hurlers play Kilmacud Croke next Monday evening in top 4 semi-final, keep an eye of fixtures section of website for further details. Best of luck to Dublin Minor Hurlers and our Eoghan Smyth.
Under CCC - Regulation 8 clubs are entitled to postpone their remaining 2 adult league games if players are involved with County Squads and are not being released for Club games.
Senior Camogie suffered an agonising 1pt defeat to Good Counsel following the same v Erins Isle. Inters play c/ship v Cumann Baire Caoimhin on Thurs and support welcome. Hard luck to Ciara and Aoife and Dub Sen.Camogie v Clare and good luck v Wexford next Sat.
