Club Notes 10th October 2016

As always we are looking for volunteers to help with registering our new players, or simply to chop fruit. If you have 30mins to spare to help out on Saturday mornings please contact Alison on 086-2909022.

Friday Night Ogra is on pitch 12A with Seamus and will continue every Friday weather permitting but its September in Ireland and the schools are back so the weather is going to be glorious.


Boot Exchange

The boot exchange is still up and running but has moved into the club shop, plenty of boots in stock. Bring your clean boots down and exchange for a big size.



The Club Hall is available for hire for parties, 

If you wish to book either the hall or the Hill for communion/confirmations please do so before 15/10 contact Tommy on 086-160009. 


Club Shop :- Club shop is ONLY open on a Saturday morning from 9.30 to 12.  

Do you know our club shop is now online, you can order and pay online and collect behind the bar.









Results

Well done to our Senior Football team in reaching the quarter finals of the county championship, a great win Raheny 2.16 v 0.7 Parnells. Thanks to the 16th man for supporting the lads. 


Congratulations to our U16 Camogie Team on there fabulous win v Olafs in the Div 2 Shield Championship Final.

 

Hard Luck to our U15a camogie who lost to Lucan on Sunday in their championship semi-final, 

Hard luck also to our U15b camogie who were beaten by Balinteer Saint Johns in their shield final. 


U15 Footballers won their Championship semi final away to Oliver Plunketts 2.11 v 1.11. 


Fixtures

Our Hurlers are looking for your support on Saturday afternoon at 3pm in their Championship Final v St Judes in Blakestown. Best of luck lads.


Dates for you Diary

We have a George Micheal Tribute night on in the Club house on Friday 14th October from 8 til late, tickets 5 euro. This is a fundraiser for our U11s girls team. 


On Sunday 30th October we have "Step back in Time" two bands two stages.


Ladies Gaas Craic Club

Gaas Craic Club will not go ahead this Thursday but please save the date for next month 27th October.



GAA for Mas is back on Sunday evenings, if your interested in getting involved please contact Ide on 086-3806454.
