Evolutis Sport & Fitness to open at clubhouse on January 22nd 2018

Hi everyone,

We are delighted to announce that Evolutis Sport & Fitness will be launching the Superdad Fitness Project & Supermum Fitness Project at their new gym in the Raheny Clubhouse from the 22nd of January.

These are their flagship fitness programs and they are designed to help dads & mums to become fitter, healthier & happier than ever without having to join a boring gym!

Raheny GAA club member Tom Reynolds (along with several other members) has been taking part in the program in the existing gym in Coolock and has had some amazing results. See video below about what Tom had to say recently with regards his own experience.

In addition Evolutis are offering team based sessions at the direction of mentors and coaches. Several teams including u15 boys and Senior Footballers are already engaged with Evolutis. David is very proactive and wants to deliver several types of programs that really benefit our teams including strength & conditioning pre-season with progression to pitch based agility / speed and pre-hab / rehab sessions as the year goes on.

All Raheny GAA club members will be able to avail of a special rate for fitness programs and a free trial period to try out the programs before getting started. We have been able to achieve the following discounts for members and teams:
Team Sessions - Normal Price €100 per hour Discount price €80.
Superdad Fitness - Normal Price €97 per month. Discount price €85.
Supermum Fitness - Normal Price €65 per month. Discount price €60.

Members can register their interest by filling in the appropriate online form (below). Evolutis will then be in touch with members directly to explain everything, answer questions and invite them to our orientation day.

If anybody has any questions about the programs or want to discuss team sessions, they can contact David Knowles directly by sending an email to david@evolutis.ie or calling 0838130793.

The arrival of Evolutis is another step forward for Raheny GAA allowing us to provide services to our members while generating rental income. Please engage with this initiative. Any questions please reply to this email.

Regards,

Colm
