Ogra is back on Saturday morning at 10am, we would ask parents if the weather is bad to check our Twitter/Facebook or website (www.raheny.gaa.ie) at 9am to insure that ogra is going ahead.

Club AGM is to be held on 1st December, Only fully paid up member's will be allowed attend, Nominations and Motions or recommendations should be with the club secretary no later than 21 days before the meeting. Please note that a summery of the clubs audited accounts can be viewed by appointment with a club officer in attendance from November 17th.

Raheny U16s 1-13, Scoil Ui Chonaill 0-11 In a tight game Raheny emerged with a deserved victory overScoil Ui Chonaill in this U16 Division 3 league play-off. The first half was a very tight affair, with little between the teams. Points were traded throughout, but Raheny had a slight advantage at half time leading 0-7 to 0-6. Scoil levelled early in the second half before a period of dominance from Raheny saw them score 1-2 without reply. A 5 point lead at this stage looked decisive, but Scoil had a period of dominance scoringthree frees and cutting the margin to two points going into the last 5 minutes. Great defensive play by Raheny made sure that there were no easy scores for Scoil. Raheny rallied and three quick points following excellent forward play extended the lead to 5 again. Enough to see Raheny safely home. It was a great team performance by the Raheny lads who showed great commitment and desire throughout. The lads will face local rivals Clontarf in the league final at the weekend.

Raheny: Luke Magner, Mitchell Carroll, Liam Owens, Tom Keogh, Glen Atkins, Gavin Judge, Brian Doolin, Sean Grenham, Phelim Kenny, Dylan Robinson, Ben McHugh, Kyle Cumiskey, Sean O’Flynn, Jamie Reynolds, Jack Fagan, Sean Farrelly, Andy Hyland, Donnchadh Mac Aodha, Luke Mitchell, Tom Crimmins.

This final is taking place on Saturday at 5pm v clontarf on pitch 34. Please support the lads well.

Our Seniors had a win over St Vincent's (3-14 v 3-11) on Thursday night in Inisfails, results in from matches, mean that Raheny don't have to go into a play off and they retain their Division 1 Status.

More good results from Magic mike and his hurlers Raheny 2-7 v 1-05 O'Tooles, these lads are now in a promotion play-off on 22nd at 2.30 in St Annes v O Tooles. Please support this well, Magic Mike and the lads deserve it.

Hard luck to our Minors who lost to Ballymun Kickhams on Sunday.
