Club Notes 19th June 2018

OGRA 
Our Last Ogra is  on pitch 5 on Saturday morning 23rd, registration is at 9.45,  but we will be back in September.  We are still looking for volunteers to chop the fruit on Saturday morning. 


The Ogra run to the summer break is as follows 

23rd June - Our last Ogra until September.


Wednesday night Ogra is pitch 12a as usual at 6pm.





Cul Camps registration is now open our Camp will be on 16th - 20th July at 9am. Register on line at www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie



D.I.S.C.O...d.i.s.c.o
Disco for 5th and 6th Boys and Girls will be held on Friday 22nd in the club hall from 8pm-10pm, tickets 7 euro.  Tickets on sale from Club Lounge on Thursday or Liz on 086-8274164.  



Membership 2018
Membership is now OVERDUE, and there will be a strict NO PAY NO PLAY policy enforced from now onwards

Reminder: ALL mentors/helpers must be Garda vetted and have completed the Child Safeguarding course.  We will be running another one in the club in the next month or so, anyone who wishes to put their name down please text our Childrens Officer Alison on 086-2909022.

June 24th Minor Hurlers are away to Cuala at 11am.

                   AHL7 are away to Naomh Olaf at 1pm.



RESULTS

Hard luck to our AFL2 who lost to Fingallians last Wednesday.  


Well done to our AHL2, they played on Saturday evening, a very well matched game, exciting to the end.  Raheny 0-19 to 1-13 Naomh Barrog.

60th Anniversary Ball - Date Change
Keep an eye out for details on our 60th Anniversary Ball,the date has changed to 19th OCTOBER,

Pitch Alerts The new pitch in St Annes Pitch 5 the astro beside the tennis courts in St Annes is an All Weather pitch and therefore not included in the pitch alerts on a Friday morning. If looking to hire this pitch contact Paddy Moore of Raheny Sports Alliance on 086-7966794.


OGRA 

Our Ogra is back on pitch 5 on Saturday morning 16th registration is at 9.45,  our last Ogra of the season is on 23rd June but we will be back in September.  

Please check our Twitter and Facebook page on Wednesday re venue for Evening Hurling/Camogie Ogra.  


We would ask that parents arrive to Saturday Ogra at 9.45 to allow for registration so the children can start training at 10am sharp.  Thanks to Aideen Kellett for looking after the fruit.

Our Ogra is looking for volunteers to chop the fruit for our young players on a Saturday morning, it will take 20-30 minutes out of your day, meet at club at 9.30am, chop the fruit and bring to the astro. If willing to volunteer please text Alison on 086-2909022. 




*Raheny All Stars* is back on Friday 5-6pm on club Astro.
