Summer camp applications are now available in Club Porch and Lounge and also can be downloaded here.
Parents please register your child/children early. The Camp we had last Easter was very well supported but on the day we got 60 extra applicants which was fantastic but it meant that we didnt have enough coaches to catering for all the extra children. This was soon rectified but to avoid this and to make sure our Summer Camps get off to a flying start PLEASE register early. Click here to download application form

U12 Hurling.
Raheny 5-6, Craobh Ciaran 3-3. Raheny U12s made the short journey to Maypark last Saturday. Craobh Chiarain played with a strong breeze in the first half and aided with this breeze had very good chances in front of goal. Raheny battled very hard and at half time went in 2-2 to 0-3 up thanks to some very clinical finishing in front of gaol. Raheny in the second half played very well and accumulated a further 3 -4. The midfield put in a very strong performance and did so much work around the park and the half backs and half forwards linked up very well. Towards the end of the match Craobh Chiarain came at Raheny to very good effect and played really well and scored two good goals. However with the hard work all over the field by all the players Raheny were able to see out the match. Raheny continued to concentrate on Hurling and can be very proud of themselves as we were a number of players down, it shows how important every member of the panel is. There were some great displays from Goalie right through to the full forward line and the team concentrated on supporting the man with the ball Liam Dunne was again in fine scoring form in the forward line. Scorers were Liam Dunne, Tom Keogh, Sean Farrelly, Conor Crowley, Luke Mitchell and Darragh English. Well done to the whole team.

Under 8's group 1.
Played Whitehall Colmcilles in Ellenfield. Lovely morning for hurling although grass was a wee bit long for hurling. Luckily the lads had big breakfasts and plenty of sleep in them. We shared the spoils with Whitehall, won 2 and lost 2.
All the lads did well but a special mention for Cathal Quinn who attacked every ball and was our most improved player on the morning. Credit to Jason Maguire too for a mighty score from a 45 and Conor Ahearne for his tireless running. Keep up the work on your skills on top of training fellas.
Up in Parnells Michael Harnett reports that Group 2 had very good results for both teams yesterday with 4 wins in total. Some good scores from Eoghan, Ciaran and Cillian along with some good midfield play from Sean Fitz and stand out performance by Morgan.
On the other team wins with good scores from Sean, Stefan and Matthew and great help from Reilly Jnr!
Well done lads. Gaelic Football training on Wednesday. We'll have a GUEST COACH for the night!

Senior Footballers AFL2 team had a good league win v Ballinteer St.Johns (Raheny 2-12 to 0-9) Ballinteer and face St.Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh next Fri.at 6.45pm in Parnell Park. Come along everyone for this vital game.

Junior A AFL5 lost narrowly to Craobh Chiarain. Raheny 2-11 to Craobh Chiarain 2-13

Junior B AFL8 Raheny 0-21 Trinity 1-4. The lads make it 4 wins out of 4 in our first year in AFL8. This was game won in the first half with all of our forwards getting on the scoreboard. The only downside was a serious injury to Kevin Welsh we will be a big loss, we wish Kevin a quick recovery and hope he might make in back this season.

Junior C AFL10 Raheny 1-8 v AIB 1-8. The junior c footballers have grown accustomed to involvement in very close, competitive games both in League and championship, and this league game in Anne's No. 10 was no exception. Unlike many of the previous games, this time Raheny got off to a very promising start, with Keith Holland pushing forward from his wing back position to chalk up the team's first point , followed by a another well taken point by Conor Henry. Luke Dillon's power and strength was being seen to full advantage, and he succeeded in rattling the net midway through the half. Another point by Luke, and two well struck frees by Cian Daly saw Raheny ahead by 3 points at half time.
Raheny pushed further ahead in the early stage of the second half with another point by Luke and a converted free from Cian. However, just when it looked that it was going to be Raheny's day the AIB rally took place as legs began to tire. Winning lot of breaking ball around midfield, AIB slowly but surely cut into the Raheny lead, to force a draw by the time the referee blew the final whistle.
Overall a very competitive game with the Raheny team again showing a lot of heart and spirit.
Duffy Cup team play Ballyfermot De la Salle Thurs night 7.30 on pitch 10
