Club Notes December 10th 2012

Last Saturday was the last Ogra of the year, our little players had their usual training session, fruit and water and then there was great excitement when a special guest arrived on the astro and gave all the good children a treat.   Enjoy your Saturday lie ins til January 12th.  Many thanks to all the parents who helped with the coaching, the coffee dock, the admin side and chopping the fruit.   You are all invited to Mentors night this Friday!

n the club lounge, please please please, return all tickets sold or unsold to the club house by Thursday at the latest.

Raheny GAA hosted a fundraiser for two local charities last
Thursday, Blossom Ireland
and
Cystic Fibrosis HopeSource Foundation
.

Thank you to the bar staff who forwent their wages for the night, Sean, Conor and Jack.

Also thank you to local Cathal Mchugh from McHughs Wine and Dine who held a beer tasting in support of the two charities, Cathal also donated a prize for our Monster Draw.

Minor Footballers were unlucky on Sunday with a 2pt loss v St Peters in Alfie Byrne Road.


U21s had a loss in the semi final v Thomas Davis on Monday night.
