Club Notes March 25th 2013

Easter greetings to one and all and particularly our members and friends overseas.


Membership is now overdue you are not insured to play if your membership isnt paid.


Live Music by Micka O'Brien & Eoin Gillen  in the club bar  , Easter Sunday 9pm till late


Ogra re-opens when the schools return, enjoy your break. This also means the club shop is closed for the next two weeks.
   

Our Easter Camp catering for children 4-12yrs in hurling/camogie and football now in full swing. Many thanks to Dotsy O Callaghan and his band of merry helpers. Fantastic to see so many experienced couches taking time off work to help with our stars of the future. Approximately 150 children in attendance and numbers increasing each year.


2013 Intermediate Championship fixtures



Well done to Dublin footballers and hurlers v Down and Wexford.
Footballers away next week v Donegal and hurlers play Carlow in Parnell Park.


Congratulations to Ciaran Whelan on his appointment as a selector for the Irish International Rules series.


All teams are asked to provide a short match for the club notes and to text ht and ft scores to our Pro.at 086/2909022 or (pro.raheny.dublin@gaa.ie). Also to forward any match changes, venues etc, we now have 800 followers on twitter, and our facebook following is increasing all the time.  If in doubt about matches times or ogra log on to www.raheny.gaa.ie for information or just follow us on twitter for constant updates.


Our AFL4 play in the Joy Cup v Garristown Tuesday at 8pm away.


On Wednesday at 8.30 our Seniors face Parnells in St Annes Park, Clontarf pitches (near rose gardens) in the St Vincent de Paul Cup. Support always welcome.


Senior camogie enjoyed a w/end trip to Kilkenny.
