St Fintans HS win 1st ever Div 1 TOM QUINLAN CUP

St Fintans High School in Sutton won their 1st ever Tom Quinlan Cup yesterday in Parnell Park.

Congratulations to all involved and especially the teachers who coached the squad.

This is the Division 1 Gaelic football Cup for First Year students in Dublin

Score: St Fintans High School 6-09 Skerries CC 4-05.

St Fintans raced into an early lead with 2 quick goals and never looked back from this, leading by 8 points at half time, Skerries put up a very spirited display in the 2nd half, however they couldn't close the gap.

St Fintans included a number of Raheny U14 players in their team: Jack Dempsey, Paul Fitzsimmons, Michael Grenham, Gavin Ivory, John O'Sullivan, Colum O'Leary, Brian Talty, Kevin Reid, James Kane.
